Launched in 2008, 'Lifestyles' is a bespoke service offering tailored support and care packages delivered in service users' own homes. Whether for night sitting, rehabilitation, assistance with benefits and correspondence, shopping or any number of care and support activities, Choices brings care where it is needed. Helping not only those with learning disabilities, but carers in need of respite, older persons and mental health issues.
Furthermore, by working closely with external agencies and other stakeholders, the skilled staff at Choices develop a truly individual care package to make a real difference in helping service users maintain a level of independent living.
